How can I create a spreadsheet with GitScrum Spreadsheets in my project?

Create a Spradsheet from the Sidebar
  1. Open your project.
  2. On the Sidebar, click Spreadsheet.
  3. Click “Create new spreadsheet”.
  4. Type the Spreadsheet Title.
  5. Click the “Create new spreadsheet” button.
  6. The Spreadsheet will be created.

Create a Spreadsheet from the Create Button
  1. Open your project.
  2. On the header bar, click “Spreadsheet”
  3. The “Create new spreadsheet” screen will open.
  4. Select the project where you want to place it, and type the Spreadsheet Title.
  5. Click the “Create new spreadsheet” button.
  6. The Spreadsheet will be created.

How can I edit a spreadsheet on GitScrum Spreadsheets in my project?

  1. Open your project.
  2. On the Sidebar, click Spreadsheet.
  3. You will see a list of the saved Spreadsheets you and your team members created.
  4. Click the spreadsheet you want to open
  5. Edit its content by clicking the cells.

What formulas and languages work on GitScrum Spreadsheet?

To automate calcs in your GitScrum Spreadsheet, you must use the basic Excel formulas in English:

  • =SUM(number1, [number2], …) …
  • =SUM(A2:A8) – A simple selection that sums the values of a column.
  • =SUM(A2:A8)/20 – Shows you can also turn your function into a formula. …
  • =A1*B1 or =A1*B1*C1 – MULTIPLICATION
  • =A1/B1 – DIVISION
  • =A1/B1 – PERCENTAGE (Home Tab / “Percentage”)
  • =AVERAGE(number1, [number2], …) …
  • =AVERAGE(B2:B11) – Shows a simple average, also similar to (SUM(B2:B11)/10)
  • =COUNT(value1, [value2], …)
  • =TRIM(text)
  • =MIN(number1, [number2], …)

Notice that the formulas must be written in English, even if you use another standard language for your GitScrum.

How can I add data from my previous files to my GitScrum Spreadsheets?

To import data from Excel or Google Spreadsheet, you must:

  1. Open your external file on external app.
  2. Select and copy the data you want to bring to GitScrum (CTRL+C).
  3. Create a new Spreadsheet on GitScrum (Sidebar / Create a new spreadsheet).
  4. Paste your data into the GitScrum Spreadsheet (to be able to paste it, select the same number of columns of the original file).

How can I delete a GitScrum Spreadsheet?

  1. Open your project.
  2. On the Sidebar, click the Spreadsheet you want to delete.
  3. Confirm “Yes”, if you are sure, to “Do you really want to delete?”.

How many GitScrum Spreadsheets can I create for each project?

You can create limitless spreadsheets for your projects.

What type of data can I add to GitScrum Spreadsheet?

You can insert letters, numbers and formulas to GitScrum Spreadsheet. Other file formats and attachments are not accepted at the moment.

GitScrum Spreadsheet applications:

  • project budget;
  • budgets for company/department aquisitions;
  • cash flow;
  • contacts /mailing list;
  • press clipping (spontaneous media accounting);
  • and many others.
